Marsol International real estate company was founded in 1979 by Mr. José Menárguez Gracia. Established in the coastal city of Torrevieja (Alicante), providing the best real estate service to date.

She was one of the first builder-developers to begin the conversion of a coastal town with fishing houses to the current large city that is Torrevieja. It began with its first location in its main office on Avenida Habaneras, 70 in the 80s, to a whopping 23 offices in Torrevieja, 21 in the community of Madrid and another 10 in the rest of Spain in mid-2000-2015.

During their journey in the real estate sector, they received distinguished industry awards: Laurel de Oro 1995, good service year 2000, prestige and quality 2002, quality and business management 2004, business excellence 2004, international awards for quality and management leader 2008, among many others.

All these awards came from the hard work and dedication of Mr. José Menárguez Gracia and the entire team that over the years have been part of the Marsol family. Without them, we would not be the oldest active real estate agency in Torrevieja today.

Our extensive experience in the sector and, above all, the attention and services provided to our customers has allowed us to achieve the excellence that our customers deserve. With more than 15,000 purchases and sales made throughout our history in both second-hand and new-build homes, it certainly allows us to remain at the top of our sector.

Currently, the real estate company run by the sons of Mr. José Menárguez Gracia is following the same path as when he opened his first office in 1979, working hard and modernized to the current times without forgetting how old it is that has made Marsol the number one it is today.
